Aetna National Accounts Account Manager in Seattle, Washington

Develop mutually rewarding working relationships with major National Account customers, consultants and National Account Executives through superior customer service to assigned accounts. Manage Aetna's full spectrum of products (Health, Specialty Health, and Group Insurance).

Fundamental Components include but are not limited to:

Follows through on outstanding issues to the point of resolution (e.g., claims and administration issues). Offers creative product and service solutions to address client's evolving needs. Monitors on an on-going basis client's product lines and services to ensure client's needs are being met. Executes tactical components of the account teams business plan for each customer. Collaborates with account team members and functional support areas on more complex product or service issues to ensure clients needs. Collaborates cross-functionally to identify, implement and monitor the customers service efficiencies, including performance guarantees. Collaborates with team members on case installation to manage the integration of clients and Aetnas internal organizations, ensuring a smooth installation.


2-5 years industry or customer service experience is required

1-3 years of account management experience is required

Strong presentation skills are required


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


Life and Health Insurance License is required to be obtained once hired.
