Responsible for directing all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation. Partners with all key internal and external stakeholders (i.e., sales/service staff, consultants, plan sponsors, and other internal business units) to proactively identify and address critical implementation issues ensuring customer expectations are consistently satisfied or exceeded.
Lead cross functional team to implement customers group insurance programs
Responsible for directing all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation
Partners with all key internal and external stakeholders (i.e., sales/service staff, consultants, plan sponsors, and other internal business units)
Proactively identify and address critical implementation issues ensuring customer expectations are consistently satisfied or exceeded
Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects
Ability to communicate appropriately, clearly and professionally based on audience
1 - 3 years of Life insurance or Disability Insurance experience
Customer service experience including client and consultant contact
Project management experience
Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Visio experience preferred
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
