Aetna Healthcare Data & Reporting Analysis Associate (SQL) in Sunrise, Florida

This position is responsible for coordinating and managing provider financial risk share arrangements. This includes, but is not limited to, reporting, analysis, reconciliations and communications with providers. The role will support the Florida Market CFO as well as being a key Finance contact to Actuarial, Medical Economics and Network.

Fundamental Components:

  1. Meets with providers to review financial statements.

  2. Produces ad-hoc reports to satisfy information needs.

  3. Provides analysis and support for financial arrangements.

  4. Performs analysis of varied healthcare data to support and solve for business needs.

  5. Works cross-functionally within the region and supports achievement of regional operation plan targets.


  6. Demonstrated leadership and project management experience.

  7. Strong knowledge of healthcare claims and systems.

  8. Experience in working in a data warehouse environment (sql server) as well as the ability to work with large data sets from multiple sources.


    The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


    Finance/Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus but NOT REQUIRED


    Functional - Finance/Financial reporting and analysis/4-6 Years


    Technical - Database/SQL Server/1-3 Years/Power User


    Prior Healthcare experience REQUIRED

    Strong technical skills (SQL) REQUIRED
