Achieve revenue, customer, membership and/or profit earnings growth by providing strategic and technical support throughout the MDCR-MDCD sales support process and Act as primary resource in a specific FUNCTIONAL area of expertise for MDCR sales support, field sales and/or customer teams in achieving key performance measures.
Tracks and monitors progress against timeline and key milestones, may also track project related financial expenditures.
Actively participates in the development of the communications materials on project status to all impacted parties.
Actively participates on development of implementation plan to ensure all impacted parties (up stream/down stream) are informed of next steps for completion.
May assist with project logistics including agenda, meeting arrangements and minutes.
May consult on sales strategy
Contributes to the overall sales support process as outlined in fundamental components of consultant position with a particular focus on one or more of the following specialties:
Qualification, Consultative Selling, Proposal Development/Delivery, Meetings/Site Visits, Post Sale Activities) - Analyzes input/outputs for reasonability
Develops and coordinates questionnaire responses
Contributes functional expertise to each of the fundamental components of the sales consultant position
(see Qualification, Consultative Selling, Proposal Development)- Delivery, Meetings/Site Visits, Post Sale activities
Uses available applications/resources to complete managed care sections of proposals, respond to annual consultant surveys and ad-hoc customer requests, and improve quality of network specific information for proposal responses-Analyzes inputs/outputs for reasonability Project Consultant:
Contributes functional expertise recognized as highly experienced in job related function(s)
may take the lead for presentations for selected customers.
Identifies issues that may stall project and addresses them.
Edits and maintains project-related materials.
2+ years related work experience. Proven track record meeting project dates.
The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
