POSITION SUMMARY

Research and resolve issues/qustions received via WCMS. Issues/questions could include: referral updates, enter billing, credit notes, send report/ invoice to customer.

Fundamental Components:

90% research issues in WCMS

10% issues received via phone.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Computer and data entry skills.

Customer service experience preferred.

Demonstrated apititude for learning new applications and processes.

Excellent computer skills including MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook.

Proven multi-tasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum of 9,000 key strokes.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
