Aetna Senior Analyst in Tucson, Arizona

Senior Analyst will support DMEplus Operations in a technical as well as internal-client-facing role as the business moves from WCMS to Salesforce. Senior Analyst will perform routine data maintenance for both systems, and will triage, resolve and escalate issues arising from the operations floor. Senior Analyst will conduct UAT and PET testing for updates, enhancements and big fixes to both systems. Senior Analyst will document processes and procedures for the role.
Daily/weekly data maintenance and audit - 45%
Troubleshoot and resolve (escalate when required) system issues reported by users - 25%
Conduct User Acceptance and Production Entrance testing of system enhancements - 20%
Other activities as assigned - 10%
Six months' experience in Workers Compensation or comparable field(s)
Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Word required
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex tasks
Demonstrated history of flexibility and adaptability
Familiarity with data transfer (Extract, Transform, Load) preferred
Experience documenting processes preferred
Familiarity with salesforce.com preferred
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
