We are looking for an experienced health insurance marketing professional to focus on client retention and growth. This Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of the marketing plan and tactics for the National (Large) Accounts business segment to facilitate retention value and growth opportunities. This role partners closely with the local markets and key marketing teams to integrate marketing planning throughout the customer's Aetna journey from the day one of the experience throughout the year. The role is included, but not limited to, thought leadership communications, second-sale member acquisition and cross-sell marketing to achieve business targets.
Fundamental Components:- Leads content strategy and execution of ongoing external thought leaders communication series with enterprise marketing
Partners with Plan Sponsor Digital Marketing team to develop and execute an integrated customer experience
Partners with business segment to build out second sales direct to consumer membership growth strategy through campaign development
Develops and manages key cross-sell marketing campaign with appropriate business and product stakeholders
Partners closely with key marketing and product teams to influence segment specific needs and synergy opportunities across segment
Has a deep understanding of Large Account business strategy and leverages business intelligence and insights to drive decisions for key priorities in targeted local market, business, or consumer segment.
Partners with analytics to influence and support segmentation and targeting strategies based on insights and data to drive customer behavior
Health insurance experience
5+ years of experience in Marketing roles. Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing expected.
Strong strategic, critical thinking, and conceptual abilities
Outstanding written and verbal communication marketing skills
Ability to influence others, work effectively in a matrix environment and interact with all levels of the organization
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
