Aetna's brand promise: You don't join us, we join you. The Marketing Manager leading Consumer Engagement for Care Services Marketing will be a critical in bringing that brand promise to life. You will support our care management, service advocacy, and innovative products that are transforming Aetna into a health partner that helps consumers achieve their personal health ambitions. You will be the connection between the Care Services Marketing and Consumer Engagement teams to develop and execute engagement strategies that meet business objectives and consumer needs. Everyday you will focus on new ways to impact one of Americas greatest challenges: behavior change relative to health engagement.
Engagement strategy. Collaborate with Care Services Marketing leads to ensure engagement strategies adhere to value propositions and address business objectives and consumer needs. Develop behavior change hypotheses and effective messaging and engagement tactics to influence consumer behavior. Work with Consumer Engagement department to execute.
Voice of the customer. Work with Analytics and Intelligence to develop consumer personas for targeting. Control, test, and iterate to learn and feed insight back into segmentation, product development, and engagement strategies.
Care journeys. Construct end-to-end journeys for priority Care Services engagements. Develop and disseminate artifacts documenting engagement strategies (objective, hypothesis, tactic, creative, results). Able to guide any internal stakeholders through all steps of a journey and identify opportunities for improvement.
Marketing collaboration. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure members receive high quality materials (Brand/the Agency) when they want it (Digital Technology) how they want it (Consumer Engagement), and ultimately, know if it changed their behavior (Analytics) and what they thought of it (Intelligence).
5-10 years of relevant strategic marketing experience Adept at executing against a plan and achieving results Interest in consumer health engagement Deep knowledge and experience with test and control methodology Modern marketer with knowledge of marketing technology and channel capabilities Able to connect data analysis to brand and creative strategy A+ Powerpoint and storytelling skills.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
