The Product Training Consultant provides support for significant product initiatives for the SpringboardMarketplace – our quoting, enrollment and benefit administration platform.
May independently manage small, projects based on level of project management, product and systems. Responsible for concierge level of relationship management, training and sales enablement.
Communicates the product vision for the organization that reflects the company's values and responds to the needs of various "stakeholders" (i.e., employees, customers, brokers) through in person and virtual training sessions and one-on-one customer contact;
Based on established strategy, completes assigned project tasks in support of product management and development activities as well as relationship management. Independently manages small projects;
Acts as product advocate for assigned markets through system promotion, guided broker sessions and custom trainings;
Collaborates with market segment to develop and implement plans to achieve segment product strategies and sales goals;
Communicates product standards and policies and refers complex requests to Senior Product Analyst or Product Manager;
Responsible for enabling end users such as brokers and sales via train-the-trainer sessions;
Assists in operational logistics of selected projects;
Works closely with business areas to provide input on selected cross functional projects;
Participates in idea generation and project vision session for the development of new products and product enhancements by bringing the voice of the customer in to the equation; and
Gathers feedback and provides analysis in support of continual product improvement.
1-3 years related work experience in a sales environment
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast paced-environment
Flexibility and adaptability to change
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
