HR DIRECTOR / PEOPLE DIRECTOR, THAILAND Family Summary/MissionContributes to the performance of client organization(s) by applying a comprehensive understanding of business and human capital expertise to align organizational and individual performance with the business mission and targets. Position Summary/MissionLead a skilled and highly motivated staff of HR, recruitment, payroll consultants to provide broad scale Human Resource consulting to Aetna managers, supervisors and employees. Deliver strong consulting with managers, supervisors and employees on key HR processes, programs and workplace practices, assess key trends, and align appropriate outreach and interventions.In addition, manage general administrative tasks for the office. Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements include but are not limited to

(* denotes essential functions)• Lead and manage HR professionals who provide broad scale human resource and employee relations consulting, coaching and solutions to managers, supervisors and employees on key talent, organizational processes and workplace practices including, but not limited to, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, change management, organization design, manager/team assimilation, payroll & compensation, organization and talent review and high impact organization initiatives• Consult with and influence senior business leaders and managers on the efficient and effective delivery of HR consulting• Efficiently manage ever-evolving priorities across multiple HR disciplines• Identify implications of organizational change, local policy/practice initiatives and other work environment factors to minimize negative impact on employee productivity and engagement• Effectively analyze and leverage HR data to identify and manage trends across regions; develop and implement systemic solutions; and proactively consult with managers/supervisors, and other HR COE Heads to devise the Human capital strategy for the country• Evaluate the results of HR initiatives that impact business operations and results, and recommend changes in line with business needs, as appropriate• Support work and collaborate with HR Partners, Centers of Expertise, and Shared Services to ensure integrated, business-driven, efficient and effective delivery of HR services, policies and practices• Leverage best practices, external HR, and industry trends to inform consultative approach• Continuously improve processes to bring efficiencies in the day-to-day HR operations• Consistently applies HR Standards of Practice • Ensure the general administrative tasks including office purchasing are run smoothlyAssist in the creation and support of OH&S that foster a safe working environment for employees Background/Experience Desired• 10+ years of human resources consulting experience• Experience in leading teams in a fast paced, matrixed environment preferred• Good knowledge & experience of handling employee relation cases as per Thai labour law.• Experience in coaching and influencing senior leaders• Demonstrated expertise in consulting, influencing, communication and collaboration• Experience in change management and organizational development/design• Experience in talent retention and development strategies• Demonstrated experience in analyzing data Also, Experience in dealing with local legal firms, government offices e.g. SSO, Revenue Office and etc.Education and Certification RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience
