Fundamental Components:

We are seeking a proven "technical leader" and Advisor for Architecture missions in the realms of Digital Transformation, hybrid solutions and API centric integration. A qualified candidate is capable of leading technical missions in a variety of projects and programs not only by knowledge and confidence but also by the ability to establish connections and influence. This individual will be expected to effectively drive technology transformation strategy/vision into action in the form of solution and integration designs during implementation. Innovative thinking and establishing relationships that allow them to be the "trusted advisor" are important attributes. Leaders applying for this position must be adept at navigating different audience types and the changing dynamics of each situation.


  • 5 years of experience with digital application design and development, and integrating enterprise business system

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Architect - architecting large scale federated system

  • Must have RECENT conceptual and/or physical modelingexperience. Candidate must be able to spending time both in both detailedsolutions for applications and integrations as well as tailor communicationsand negotiating for strategies with key partners

  • Experience with mobile platforms, IoTs, web applications, Middleware/services/APIs, business process management

  • Healthcare background or experience is preferred

  • Looking for experience with one or more of the following: CMMI, Agile/Scrum Development & Management, Scaled Agile Framework; Iterative & Incremental development approaches; Continuous Integration and deliver

  • Working knowledge of a wide range of digital and integration technologies, such as: Social, Gaming, Mobile/Web frameworks, Omni Channel Experience Design, Cloud and Security

  • Diverse technical background with key areas of depth around digital transformation, hybrid solutions and operating at scale.

  • Proven master of Solution Architecture and Mobile Integration Technologies

  • Effective communicator and collaborator, who can apply outcome based leadership across teams and organizations

  • Flexible and creative with the ability to propose innovative ideas and collaborate with diverse teams to achieve the positive outcomes.

  • 12+ years experience in enterprise, application, and information architecture design with significant experience managing the application delivery process. - Must demonstrate technical leadership, be able to turn vision into action, drive outcomes, and promote common goals and actions. - Must demonstrate an understanding of enterprise integration across hybrid processing environments

  • Experience managing matrixed staff with ability to leverage non-directs to complete tasks.

  • Must have experience working with in a strong collaborative team setting, virtual teams, and demonstrated success in developing talent within the team or organization through coaching and mentoring.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
