Summary:

DSNP Implementation and Operations Lead is accountable for supporting the implementation and ongoing coordination of DSNP market expansions. Implementation efforts involve facilitating and coordinating activities of multiple business segments, multiple functional areas, markets, and enterprise functions.

Fundamental Components:

(*) Excellent communication skills ability to effectively communicate, influence and work with multiple cross functional teams driving DSNP strategic initiatives to achieve the DSNP business goals

(*) Proactively supports and leads initiatives by setting direction of project, creating project plan, timeline identifying key milestones and additional resources needed on selected project(s)

(*) Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization

(*) Ability to facilitate and drive conversations and decisions bringing together the right stakeholders

(*) Proactively identifies issues that may stall an initiative and addresses them by either resolving the issue or creating an alternative solution or escalating to the proper leaders.

(*) Tracks progress and communicates project(s) status on a regular basis to all impacted parties

(*) Builds communication plans for implementation to ensure all impacted parties (upstream/downstream) are informed of next steps for completion

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

(*) Previous experience (5-7 years) in Medicare, preferably some experience with DSNPs, and leading strategic initiatives

(*) Preferred, experience with New Jersey DSNPs

(*) Excellent consulting and leadership skills.

(*) Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

(*) Able to effectively coordinate multiple projects and programs in a matrix environment and work independently.

(*) Proficiency with standard corporate software applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.

(*) Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.

(*) Proven communication skills both written and verbal

(*) Proven ability to affect change/interpersonal skills

(*) Solid Project Management skills

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
