Combine your contract management experience with your analytics knowledge and join an amazing team at Aetna as one of our new Project Managers in our legal department. This is an exciting new role in a fast paced environment for a self-motivated driven individual.
The Project Manager will be working with various business areas to discover and organize our legacy contracts, apply metadata by utilizing an analytic software (Seal), and report progress back to the PMO team. The project manager would also have responsibility of creating metadata policies in the analytic software and act as overall business owner of the tool. This is a highly visible position with great opportunities to learn and grow your career.
Fundamental Components: Develop a plan unique to each business area to gather legacy contract documents across the enterprise and manage the discovery of those contract documents. Inventory all the documents, categorizing them by contract type and organizing them into a parent/child hierarchy. Work with the various business areas to meet the deadlines for discovery.Understand the data policies that need to be created for our different contract templates, create the metadata policies in Seal software.Help the business with quality check of the results of the data extraction, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures.Act as point of contact and business owner of Seal software
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:3-5 years related work experience.Proven track record meeting project dates.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Project Management/Project Management Professional (PMP) is desired
Project Management/Lean Six Sigma is desired
Project Management/Six Sigma Trained is desired
