Corporate position working with internal and external customers to support team deliverables related to Value Based Solutions (VBS). Individual accountability for the successful completion of specific tasks and projects, including implementation, training and adoption of our internal and external engagement capabilities and performance improvement activities.

Fundamental Components:

Provides business support to the VBS team by consulting and executing on business needs, all while promoting consistency and accuracy. Provides input on business plan to achieve business goals. Proactively leads assigned projects by creating project timeline, tracking and communicating progress, and identifying key milestones and additional resources needed to successfully complete the work. Identifies and resolves issues that may stall project. Develops and executes communication plan for implementation. Acts as an advocate for change, influencing others to see the value in project. Group facilitation/presentation influencing various internal and external partners. May coach or mentor others by providing work direction. Integrates customer feedback to advance continuous quality improvement. Develops recommendations based on complex data and root cause analysis. Documents and monitors processes and operations for standardization, process improvement, and system enhancements. Works closely and collaboratively with internal and external partners to deliver solutions that meet business objectives, including identifying gaps and recommending enhancements. Serves as representative and business owner on IT and analytical projects that support VBS.


Strong communication, critical thinking, problem resolution and interpersonal skills. Track record of effectively leading projects from inception to completion as well as ability to work and collaborate as a team member. Experience in provider practice interactions and ability to discuss quality improvement, financial performance and practice workflow best practices. Understanding of value based contracts and creating mutually beneficial value propositions between the patient, provider and payor. Bachelors Minimum, Master Preferred.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
