Aetna Trainer in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania

The ideal candidate will have Medicare Medical and Pharmacy knowledge, experience with individual/ group Eligibility and Enrollment processing, CMS Eligibility and Enrollment Guidance and Aetna/Coventry Medicare Enrollment and Eligibility systems. The applicant should also have experience training, instructing, and/or coaching others. The person hired for this position will deliver and/or facilitate training sessions to designated audiences; work with local leadership and national curriculum design teams to ensure the successful transfer of learning from the classroom back to the job.

Fundamental Components:

He/she will communicate regularly with training staff to manage the rollout of training materials; feedback on training effectiveness; incorporate feedback from participants and other relevant audiences to improve training, processes and products; and effectively manage curriculum, reporting and other relevant administrative requirements through the Aetna Learning Center. He/she must consistently maintain quality and production standards set forth for Medicare Eligibility and Enrollment. In addition, follow all compliance guidelines set forth by Aetna and Medicare.


Minimum of 1 year Medicare experience with handling Eligibility and Enrollment processing is required. The applicant should have a strong understanding of Aetna/Coventry's health products as well as policies and business systems Aetna/Coventry systems. Must be skilled in the use of appropriate PC based applications and have the ability to learn new technology quickly.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
