Aetna Workers Compensation Registered Nurse (RN) Telephonic Case Manager in Boise, Idaho

The Workers' Compensation Telephonic Case Manager works with employees, providers, employers, claims examiners, and vendors to coordinate medical care and facilitate Return to Work (RTW).

This is a full-time WAH position. An active, unrestricted California RN license is required.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with active state license in good standing in the state where job duties are performed is required.

  • Minimum of 3 years clinical practice experience required.

  • Previous workers' compensation case management or utilization review experience is required.

  • Strong analytical skills used to identify and resolve problems required.

  • Effective communications, organizational, and interpersonal skills required.


    The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is an Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

    Licenses and Certifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) License for State of CA is required.

  • National Professional Certification (CRC, CDMS, CRRN, COHN or CCM) is preferred.

    Telework Specifications:

    Full Time work at home position, any US location but must have a CA license and willing to work core hours of 8-4:30 or 8:30-5:00 Pacific Time
