POSITIONSUMMARY

PayFlex digital assets are extremely importantin meeting our members where they are, when they need us most. The roleof Digital Product Manager will provide critical strategicdirection to Agile teams that are dedicated to enhancing these assets and is ultimatelyaccountable for the evolution of our digital experience.

PayFlex supports nearly three million members representing diverse industries,large and small, across the country. Our primary business since 1987 has been providing health care financial accounts services to plan sponsors and members.Over the last decade, we ve strongly aligned with a major health plan to better understand the end to end consumer-directed experience. This has brought us a deeper understanding of our plan sponsor and members health care finance needs. As a result, we have evolved to operate our business with a vision of making saving and paying for health care simple. We focus on delivering a best in class member experience that supports our members in spending smarter today to save and invest in their future.

Fundamental Components:Responsible for directing the evolution of our digital member experience with a Minimally Viable Product approachDevelop and execute strategy that includes new features, functionality, content, branding and interface needs, and ensures adherence to accessibilityRemain on top of changing market forces, customer expectations, and competitor offerings to make sure our sites or apps are usefulGather and analyze the voices of our customers and members to prioritize what/when changes are madeIdentify consumer research needs and usability testing methods to yield real needs or insights and shape ongoing design and development effortsImplement appropriate feedback mechanisms to help inform design/developmentSupport the development of Epics and Features to inform User Stories that summarize customer needs and expectationsOutline the impact of the need, or expectation on the organization supporting the productEnsure design and development are tightly coupled to solve our members problems and meet their most essential human expectationsDevelop ongoing launch strategies for all assets, in partnership with Sales and MarketingApply ROI and impact analysis on experience revisions may need to present appropriate business case to garner additional funding

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Digital (web/mobile) knowledge and experience with relevant techniques in areas of accessibility, usability, content strategy, and responsive design.Fluent with digital integration practices, like Application Program Interface (API)s and Single Sign On (SSO)Agile experience required; certification in Agile desiredProven ability to lead large cross-collaborative teams, including IT resourcesExperience with managing business budgets or directing allocation of IT fundingRelevant experience in health care or financial services industries in a product management roleFamiliar concept of delivering Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
