The Technology of Education Coordinator will be responsible for managing our education requirements and calendar for our customers as well as team members. He/She will develop a roadmap for key customer groups, develop a means to measure competency and learning development, and maintain a diverse network of learning partners.
Evaluates and develops learning and competency roadmaps for key stakeholder and user groups. Utilizes a broad range of technology to offer a variety of presentation and delivery strategies, including self-paced video, audio, simulations and scenarios, to develop curriculum for our users. Performs quality reviews to ensure program meets quality and design standards Ensures eLearning programs are developed using the appropriate levels of adult learning instructional techniques and evaluation tools. Effectively integrates e.learning programs into Aetna's technological architecture and learning management system.Researches new eLearning tools and evaluates such technologies for support of training initiatives to improve and facilitate the design and development of Aetna eLearning programs. Supports the roll out/ implementation of eLearning programs. Exhibits behaviors outlined in Instructional Technologist Skills
Ability to evaluate and understand learning and competency required for complex technology systems.Ability to implement programs to support and deliver learning.Partnership development with key learning partners.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
