POSITION SUMMARY

This is a key role working with multiple constituents around the IVL Medicare team developing complex, mulit-pronged sales training modules

Fundamental Components:

Candidate must be proficient in Brainshark or other technology-based training applications, be comfortable with remote training platforms and complex sales processes. Candidate must be able to develop internal and external-facing sales training programs that address seminar selling, handling objections, cross-selling, closing, social selling and prospecting strategies.

THIS IS A FULL TIME WORK AT HOME POSITION AND CAN BE LOCATED IN ANY STATE.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Superior knowledge and application of performance-based instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles and educational media.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
