Aetna Marketing Coordinator/Project in Chicago, Illinois

This role will support the Low Income Marketing Team. Providing project management skills and coordination of Provider Marketing activities.
Working closely with marketing managers and marketing directors, maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures. Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings. Documenting and following up on important action items and decisions from meetings and undertaking project tasks as required. Coordination of Provider Marketing requests and working with the markets to meet the individual needs surrounding this area.
Maintaining project plans and timelines
Development and Creation of marketing materials
Tracking and trafficking marketing materials through the review/approval process
Set meetings and follow up notes/action items
Break projects into manageable actions and set timeframes
Liaise with internal and external clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Make sure client needs are met as projects evolve
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Act as point-of-contact and communicate project status to all participants
Assist in program performance tracking
Assist in Budgeting and Ariba submissions
Creative coordination including template versioning and proofing/ QA
Provider scheduling and follow up for marketing needs
5+ years related experience.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
