Position Summary

bswift is currently seeking Implementation ProjectSpecialists to join our growing team. Located in downtown Chicago, bswiftoffers software and services that streamline benefits, HR and payrolladministration for employers and public and private exchanges nationwide.bswifts state-of-the-art cloud-based technology and outsourcing solutionssignificantly reduce administrative costs and time-consuming paperwork, makinglife easier for administrators and millions of consumers who enroll in benefitswith bswift.

Responsibilities:

The Project Specialist will assist in helping our bswift team meet and exceedclient expectations. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Building client sites (including: benefit plan rules, details,prices, text and documents)Data Entry

Documentation (create and update)

Track data and trends

Updating benefit records

Auditing

Creating/Updating reports in the bswift system

System Testing

Responsible for special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Excel is a plus

Good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate withboth technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify andrespond well to questions

Must possess a drive for success and growth within a professional career

Ability to take initiative to meet challenges with resourcefulness and newinnovative approaches while maintaining a high level of quality

High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance,dependability, organization and accuracy/thoroughness

Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-pacedatmosphere

Must possess a passion for teamwork, client service and reaching businessresults through problem solving

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is aBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
