Job Title: Sr. Software Development Engineer


Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying engineering solutions to support the DART product for HDMS. Automate existing processes to provide efficiency in supporting department that provides desired functionality and services. Work on unit testing on specific platforms and development of the ETL processes for HDMS's Dart product. Gather and work with business and technical specifications for new projects. Develop and implement solutions for clients. Troubleshoot issues for existing features and newly added features. Document both existing and new functionality. Collaborate with other developers. Work with a cross-functional team. Use agile practices to write, debug, and deliver codes. Conduct discussions with stakeholders from Customer Experience, Architecture, and Operations to identify and fix problems in code. Responsible for implementation, quality, and operation of large features, such as epic-level story or multi-sprint feature. Build Data Warehouses in HealthCare Arena using Informatica PowerCenter or other comparable ETL tools.


Minimum 5 years of IT experience in building Data Warehouses using Informatica PowerCenter. Experience must include working with business requirements gathering and analysis; Informatica tools including IDQ, PowerExchange for SAS, PowerExchange for Mainframe, Netezza, and Data Governance. Experience must include End-to-End SDLC and Source Control Systems; implementing experience with Informatica integration using web services and WSDL and REST; and administration and support of including managing users, profiles and roles, customization of objects and validations. Must have experience with Netezza and/or Oracle databases; Control-M/Autosys; Shell Scripting in Linux/Unix environment; IBM Infosphere Data Replication; and SAS programming.


Bachelor's degree inComputer Science, Computer Applications or related field.
