Senior Product Marketing Coordinator – Commercial Products

Aetna Marketing is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support the portfolio of commercial businesses who can support the development and execution of marketing strategies that advance the growth agenda Specific areas of focus include:Support the development of a content library that helps advance the growth objectives of the commercial lines of businessDevelop clear and memorable value propositions for each audience we market to. In particular, we demonstrate how the value multiple products is greater than the sum of its parts (Dental, Vision, Behavioral Health, Student Health, Voluntary Insurance, Pharmacy).Help in the generation of insights that inform marketing strategies and facilitate decision-making for the business that is grounded in VoC and VoM insights. Serve as a catalyst for change within the business by bringing an outside-in perspective to the business through customer, competitor, and marketplace insights.Develop the baseline pitch for each product from which pitches can be easily customized for specific RFPs Fundamental Components:Value proposition: Galvanize a common understanding of the core value proposition of each product across the organization so that we walk and work as one. We do this by articulating the value proposition for each core audience, e.g., member, plan sponsor, consultant/broker, doctors, etc. in plain language.Develop market facing pitch experience: Work with sales teams to develop the baseline pitch decks, demos, journeys, etc. from which customized presentations can be created. Ensure individual pieces add up to a whole greater than the sum of its parts. Minimize fragmentation.Content development: Develop content that helps Sales nurture prospect relationships throughout the sales cycle, e.g., thought leadership, cases, testimonials, etc. This includes developing an integrated mobile content tool for Sales quickly identify and access content. BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:5+ years of B2B Marketing experience – preferably Advertising/Marketing Agency experience and/or healthcare marketing experienceCandidate should be highly organized and detail oriented with proof-reading and quality control skillsHave strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environmentMust demonstrate strong project management skills: multi-tasking priorities and facilitating/executing multiple marketing programsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to collaborate across boundariesIntermediate analytic skills LOCATION:· Role must be office based and located in Chicago, IL.· Alternate locations are Wellesley, MA or Hartford, CT EDUCATIONBachelor s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or other related field or commensurate experience Mission of Product Marketing:Product Marketing translates what our products do for our customers into relevant value propositions that compel them to act.We facilitate the connections between LOB leaders, market intelligence, analytics, product development, sales, brand strategists and the Agency so our efforts are choreographed for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
