Aetna Supervisor, Provider Relations/Provider Contracting in Dallas, Texas

The Provider Relations Supervisor oversees the Provider Relations team and promotes problem solving, communication, excellent service, process improvement and education/development. The position requires inter-department collaboration on projects, business development, network expansion and fortification including knowledge of contracting, credentialing and value based programs along with state and enterprise reporting. Medicaid/CHIP Managed Care experience in the State of Texas is desired.

Fundamental Components:

Experience with Provider Contracting/Credentialing and Negotiations

Oversight of provider data entry and provider contract integrity

Supervise Provider Relations Team

Maintain engaged relationship with high profile network providers/health systems

This position will have opportunities for engagement with other departments leading to knowledge/development opportunities

Required experience:

Knowledge of contracting, credentialing and value based programs


Medicaid/CHIP Managed Care experience in the State of Texas

Supervisory experience

Strong communication skills

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
