Aetna Digital transforming health and wellness via products that enable consumer engagement and a best-in-class experience. This team is responsible for Aetna's digital strategy and all digital products; as well as the development road map and execution of the roadmap. A key part of this team is to build on cloud technologies to enable the product teams to be able to build new and innovative features. This effort will include a completely new approach to developing software within Aetna, using the latest design approaches, technologies, and processes. Aetna Digital is a newly formed startup like business unit within Aetna, which will design, build an deliver a completely new and integrated digital experience for our users.
Aetna Digital is looking for a Product Owner with experience working in fast-paced, startup like environment.
As the Product Owner of the Aetna Health Cloud Infrastructure team, you will help manage and grow the use of Cloud technologies of our digital platform and ecosystem.
Partner with other product managers/owners, agile managers and leadership to mature the offering and ensure it exceeds the expectations of our customers and users.
Grow your skill set and knowledge base by working alongside talented and passionate teammates from diverse backgrounds.
Be the voice & champion of the consumer by driving the growth of the digital platform User Experience in an methodical orderly way.
Partner with Product and Engineering to coordinate the Cloud needs of the organization.
Help drive the Cloud team to success by working across teams to drive discussion & engagement, create & track user stories in an agile software development life cycle.
Work with the Cloud team and external groups to perform research around the user experience and feed the output into future feature development.
Investigate ways, partnerships, technologies to drive user engagement and satisfaction.
Ensure internal product stakeholders needs /expectations are met and promote transparency by helping communicate through SAFe/SCRUM practices
- 3+ years of related industry experience.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
