Position Summary/MissionProvide technical and administrative support to HR and to business managers to ensure that the organization mission and goals are achieved. Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements include but are not limited to

(* denotes essential functions)• Responds to clients requests for information regarding HR policies, programs, and procedures.• Assist and coordinate the induction process for all new staff, ensuring that all paperwork for benefit plans and database requirements are complete. Ensures timely updates to date in PeopleSoft.• Monitors new staff completion dates for probation, BCI and Emirates ID.• Manages the day to day interactions with the office PRO on all visa and labor card procedures to ensure all tasks are completed in the correct time span and all appropriate records are maintained.• Assists and coordinates the leaving formalities including complex EOSB settlements and visa procedures.• Interacts with the medical provide for the staff benefit group plan, ensuring that new joiners and leavers are reflected accurately.• Maintains a thorough knowledge of online processes and procedures and maintains a good rapport and working relationship with the company PRO and TECOM.• Assist with reporting monthly payroll inputs in a time manner with attention to detail and accuracy.• Supports the HRBP/Manager with all administrative paperwork.• Assists and coordinates various enterprise level initiatives such as holiday health challenges, rewards and recognition, Learning Maps, etc.• Presents/explains subject matter that is fairly standard and usually not of a sensitive nature (e.g. vacation accrual).• Maintains confidentiality at all times.• Screens basic requests and processes transaction within all required timeframes. Directs more complex requests to the HRBP/Manager.• Prepares reports in accordance with filing regulations and internal reporting.• Assists HRBP/Manager in the planning of training. Produces material for training as requested and directed. Additional duties, requirements & preferences· This opportunity will Ideally suit an HR grad with some relevant work experience, looking for an opportunity to expand their experience and gain exposure into a broad range of disciplines, operating in a regulated environment.· Effective communications skills, verbal/written; self-direction/initiative; problem solving; think broadly beyond immediate area of responsibility; confidential; teamwork/collaboration; IT proficient· Effectively support the HR team in managing routine HR transactions and activities across employee lifecycle, interacting with managers, employees, Center of Excellence (CoE) partners.· There will be opportunity to identify and contribute to process improvement activities and projects, as well as lead on aspects.· Support development and implementation of plans to meet various legal/compliance changes coming into effect this year (e,g. GDPR).
