Responsible for updating requests from members, responding to routing inquiries
Work is performed within a team environment
Increase member satisfaction, retention and growth
-Handles requests from members received via telephone, or written correspondence.
- Answers questions and resolves issues and triages to appropriate staff.
-Uses applicable system tools and resources as needed
Financial experience a plus.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Outlook/1-3 Years/
