Case Specialist reviews all SSI New Business applications for completeness and accuracy. CS reaches out to agents for additional information and works with vendors to flow applications through to the next step in the process. Supports agents and applicants by answering calls with regards to status update and additional information needed to complete the final review of the application.

  • Proficient in all Microsoft products

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to partner with peers in developing process efficiencies for current role.


Experience in a production environment.

Claim processing experience.

Customer Service experience in a transaction based environment.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately and efficiently.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

This position allows the candidate to understand the current SSI business and provides them with training both in Case Management and Underwriting. The ability to move forward into a professional role within Claims and Underwriting begins with the Case Specialist role.
