Responsible for facilitating the processing of licensing agents by organizing and compiling data and submitting required forms/information on a timely basis with various state insurance departments.
Fundamental Components included but are not limited to:
Responsible for new agent onboarding, termination and changes in statusPrepares reports for management and agents and works directly with state insurance departments and company agentsMonitor shared email box for additional producer information forms for data entryReview and correct agent Nigo report to add appointments for individual productsCollaborate with applicant insight in state insurance departments to ensure agent licenses are current and appointments can be uploaded into the systemPartner with agents to add state appointments to existing agent baseSupport phone inquiries with regards to agent appointments, terminations, and status updatesReview and process hierarchy changes – includes changing agent and commissions levels for agent and downlines in reporting structure
Qualifications Requirements and Preferences:
Two or more years of health insurance experience/knowledgeExperience and/or knowledge of licensingSolid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and 10-key •Associate Degree or equivalent experience
