Aetna PLS Account Associate in Grand Prairie, Texas

Self-motivated individual responsible for customer service, employee education and wellness activities throughout the district. Must be flexible and able to address plan sponsor questions and concerns in a timely manner. This is an on-site customer service position and employee will reside in the customer's office location.


Will assist in plan sponsor training on product and policy questions

Will provide employee education presentations on Aetna products and services Identifies customer specific service issues, offers solutions and may lead resolution of issues working with other areas.

Provides plan sponsor with Aetna policy, plan design, benefit changes and network updates, including analysis of impact.

Collaborates with account management team to achieve growth/renewal objectives

May support plan administration activities, including installation, open-enrollment, plan set-up, and eligibility working proactively with support areas


2-5 years of customer service experience preferred.

2-5 years of experience coordinating wellness initiatives preferred.

2-5 years of health insurance industry experience preferred.

Life and Health Insurance license, as required by state law.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly on-site with the customer at their Grand Prairie office location. The position offers a challenging experience to provide necessary customer service support, employee education and on-site training as necessary. This is an excellent entry level position on the Public and Labor account management team and dandidates who excel in this position should be eligible for an account manager position.
