POSITION SUMMARY

Candidate will assist the Medicare Healthy Outcomes Team in Quality Audits for calls and case audits for the department. The QA will support the team reaching out to Medicare members for HEDIS measures and other programs, to promote education regarding health and wellness. In addition, the QA will work closely with the leadership team and provide excellent record keeping.

Fundamental Components:

3-5 years performing calls and/or Quality Analysis -- preferred

Knowledge of Medicare required

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

2-5+ years experience in an audited environment

Basic project management skills.

Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in office technology.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
