Leads and manages a team of Account Client Managers responsible for building strong personal and collaborative partnerships with an assigned book of business to achieve customer satisfaction, retention, and profitable growth and execute cross-sell and conversion initiatives
Lead and manage a team of small group client managers, focused on account management, retention and cross sale activity. Coach and mentor team to develop talent, and help them develop collaborative relationships with brokers and customers. Monitor and drive results. Build relationships with business leads to support account management objectives.
5+ years sales and/or account management experience.
Strong account management and sales orientation.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Insurance/Insurance License is desired
Functional - Sales & Service/Account Management/4-6 Years
