POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for supporting the AHM and Aetna Account teams to complete core client service support for share AHM and Aetna clients, such as bi-weekly updates, manage third party data files, complete and QA report requests.

Fundamental Components:

This is an exciting opportunity to support clients in a new Aetna product offering leveraging ActiveHealth products. The role will support the AHM team and Aetna team to assure ongoing support of these clients as well as working cross the organization to assure an optimal client experience.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Strong project management and organizational skills

Ability to craft an optimal service model to best meet needs of AHM/Aetna and the client

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCES

Technical - Aetna Applications//1-3 Years/End User
