The Forensic Architect Advisor is key leader in the office of the CTO. The role is perfect for a true architect versatilist with select deep technology expertise as well as a broad a diverse set of experiences.
This role will allow the technologist or architect to evolve their skills across multiple dimensions - leadership, technical acumen, solution selection, design thinking and much more. Significant investments are made in the architecture staff annually. This will allow a hybrid technology leader to evolve their career to the next level - preparing them for greater opportunities within the Aetna community.
Forensics in the Aetna Office of the CTO is the organization is focused on tackling some of the most gnarly problems extending from the foundations of technology to business operations. As with other architecture roles, the forensic advisory should have a foundation of deep technical knowledge in at least 2 areas where they might be considered an expert or wizard. Distinction in this role is achieved through the ability to communicate value and influence outcomes. The advisor will be both individual team member, cross functional leader, and insightful thought leader. Technical depth areas can include:
CX / UEX
Software Defined - X
Software Development / Engineering
Analytics / Data Science / BI
Write - through simple to complex stories. blogs to white papers
Speak - workshops to wow moments in audiences.
Visualize - Augment / communicate through visual mediums. enhance speaking and writing efforts but also be able to communicate through pictures.
Design - Plan, relate, select, eliminate, rationalize
Prototype - reinvent, iterate again and again.
15+ years recent and related experience in information systems architecture or mature or emerging technology frameworks. 15+ years experience in enterprise, application and information design 7+ years of people leadership and project management experience. Experience managing or participating in application lifecycle. Experience managing matrixed staff with ability to leverage non-directs to complete tasks.#LI-EG1
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
