POSITION SUMMARY

Forensic architecture encompasses all disciplines from the physical to the business technology layer. It pursues the some of the most challenging opportunities for change and inspiration within the office of the CTO. Agility and focus are the mental aptitudes of the team. The role requires candidates with both technical aptitudes and an ability to recognize their need to collaborate with a team.

Role Details:

An architect with the capability to be both a technical leader but also a thought leader at the core of the office of the CTO s technology platform – Mega. As a technologist, the candidate will be asked to have the strength of character and technical foundations to dive into various solutions with a variety of Aetna teams. Secondarily, the core technology platform for the Office of the CTO is becoming increasingly important for defining the foundation of the member experience. This role will leverage the existing platform, modernize its implementation and use it to organize and drive the Forensic organizations general activity. The role will both contribute to the ongoing work done by the forensic team but provide ongoing and ever growing inputs on the technology of the OCTO and the integrated platforms spanning the operations activities of the Operations & Technology organization.

Skills Desired:

Mega or similar architecture management platform Modern Development languages – Node, Angular, Python, et Development languages – JAVA, .NET, C# Infrastructure management and deployment tools Agile / DevOps operating models Business Process Analysis Data Engineering Skills Structured / analytical thinking Strong visual communication skills

Experience Desired:

8 to 12 year IT experience in various industries – preferably healthcare Ability to engage both IT and business individuals Capability to work within environment with constantly changing priorities Experience working within dependent team ecosystems Leadership through influence Structured program engagement #LI-EG1

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
