The ETPRM Business Consultant will be responsible for supporting the design and roll-out of the Enterprise Third Party Risk Management Program. Upon completion of the roll-out, this person will perform the role of Business Advisor, responsible for facilitating the Enterprise Third Party Risk Management process for one or more Third Party types and/or Business Customers.

Fundamental Components:

Perform various project management tasks in support of the roll-out of the ETPRM program

Participate in and at times facilitate workshops with stakeholders around risk management and the third party lifecycle

Support change management activities in order to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality/services

Use the Archer Third Party Management solution

Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders and end users

Facilitate the Enterprise Third Party Risk Management process for internal business customers

Update and maintain ETPRM knowledgebase and inform updates to training content for internal business customers

Triage, review, and provide support towards addressing incoming requests/assessments

Collaborate among process stakeholders in support of process exception management

Analzye, prepare, present data driven reports to constituents

Support the continuous improvement to the ETPRM program


5+ years experience with one or more of the following methodologies: management consulting, project consulting, business process consulting, financial strategic analysis, mergers and acquisitions, strategic business planning, and/or risk management consulting.

Experience with moderate scale initiatives with moderate degree of complexity.

Operational experience in a relevant discipline.

3-5 years related work experience.

Proven track record meeting project dates.

Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite of Applications

Experience with RSA Archer 2-4yrs (preferred)

Archer Certification (preferred)

Microsoft excel 2-4yrs

Supplier Risk Management, or Risk Management, or Procurement; 2-4yrs (preferred)

Basic knowledge of structured IT application development lifecycles and methodologies

Ability to recognize complex problems vs. objectives and apply creativity to analyze situations, develop solutions, and procedures

Demonstrated leadership with relevant initiatives: Business process, enterprise business project management/consulting, financial strategic planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, risk management.

Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
