POSITION SUMMARY

Provide program management oversight for the finance systems transformation supporting a cross-functional business team in developing the strategic vision for Finance systems and developing and implementing the roadmap to deliver the vision.

Fundamental Components:

Engage with cross-functional business team to develop Finance Systems Vision/Roadmap and define business case

Work with team to develop short and long term delivery strategy

Provide direction to vendor partners on the project as necessary

Provide day-to-day program management oversight to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of agreed upon scope of project

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

10+ years managed care / health insurance industry experience.

Multiple years proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change that resulted in quantifiable positive outcomes.

Proven track record managing complex projects and or programs that resulted in cost savings.

Experience managing large budgets.

Project management experience.

Supervisory experience.

Demonstrated negotiation skills.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
