The Design Manager takes the lead in designing and producing unique and compelling content in a clean and sophisticated visual language for both digital and print formats -- pairing design and messaging. Project examples include digital interactive guides, print marketing materials, HTML emails. Expertise and mastery in Adobe Suite are expected along with a fundamental understanding of web design technologies such as HTML and CSS.

Fundamental Components:

Develop concepts, artwork, layouts and presentations for a variety of creative projects; adheres to branding guidelines.

Daily collaboration with cross-functional teams at all levels of the department including Creative, Traffic, Production and Client Services to meet customer objectives.

Participates in brainstorming/concept sessions.

Maintains and shares up-to-date knowledge on industry technology and trends with the rest of the creative team.

Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye for design aesthetics with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects under tight deadlines.


Bachelors degree or equivalent in Graphic Design combined with an outstanding creative portfolio, minimum of 7+ years of experience in a digital/print marketing or digital/print agency environment.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
