Job Description

This Position is responsible for management and implementation of technical projects, notlimited to electronic medical record data extraction and aggregation, as wellas financial and operational reporting for Risk Adjustment Retrospective Programs.

Fundamental Components included but are not limited to:

Responsible for providingguidance and direction to external vendors, external consultants, team membersand/or matrixed staff as required to support Medicare Risk Adjustment Revenueinitiatives. Accountable for transferring knowledge, best practices (externaland internal), methodology and tools across organizations. Provides on-goingsupport, development & maintenance of reporting, analytics and projectionsto assure vendor initiatives are meeting desired outcomes as well informatics usedfor EMR implementations. This position also supports coordination across allshared services and vendors to assure data integrity and data validationprocesses are in place.

Qualifications Requirements and Preferences:

5+ years finance relatedexperience generally required, healthcare finance a plus. Advanced skills inturning data into information and apply judgment; Excellent communicationskills and negotiations skills ; Advanced Microsoft Excel and SAS skills

Functional Skills:

General Management - Data analysis & interpretation, Information Management - Business information analysis, Management - Management - Medicare, Project Management - Cross-functional project management

Technology Experience:

Desktop Tool - TE Microsoft Excel, Development Language - SQL, Reporting Tool - SAS

Required Skills:
