As a key member of the Digital Finance Team, this position will provide decision support, financial reporting, analysis, planning and consolidation for the Digital business. The position will afford the candidate a unique opportunity to interact with finance and business leaders in the Health Care, Retail/LTC, PSS and Corporate business segments.
Fundamental Components included but are not limited to:
Job responsibilities include:
Assisting with the monthly financial close, including preparation of monthly variance analyses
Providing decision support and analyzing development capacity and project backlogs
Creating and refreshing business cases for Digital work
Creating analyses and presentations for senior management and the BoD
Collaborating with the business and finance team to enhance financial reporting
Completing ad hoc requests as required
Qualifications Requirements and Preferences:
3-5 years finance related experience generally required, healthcare finance a plus.Prior experience leading a project team Bachelor s Degree; Finance or Accounting degree required
Finance - Financial analysis, Finance - Financial analysis - P&L support, Finance - Financial Budgeting, Finance - Financial reporting and analysis

Additional Job Information:
Can complete project tracking tools. Ability to manipulate large amount of data into concise analytical reports. Work independently with business areas to compile information. Demonstrates leadership. Influence people within areas of responsibility. Aetna and/or CVS business knowledge (outside department business). PC skills in Excel, Access. Comprehensive business knowledge
