POSITION SUMMARY

Apply analytics to find actionable insights and improve the processes that support critical programs for Aetnas Medicare Data & Reporting team. Analyze complex data and apply analytics across numerous metrics, identifying drivers of variation, and provide meaningful output to drive quality improvement opportunities and strategic direction. Perform advanced SQL and SAS Programming in data warehouse environments including use of different analysis techniques or business intelligence application development. Responsible for developing and maintaining technical tools that improves Medicare Member Experience. Guide generations to run various call campaigns. Develop / test the tool to meet short and long term objectives while meeting the tool adoption goals. Assist in the continued development of technical tools to maximize reporting needs and drive overall Stars quality improvement on-time.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE Required

Masters degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or closely related

Minimum 2 years analytic experience in job offered or as an Associate. Must have at least 2 years of experience with the following: designing and building infrastructure to facilitate analytics; working with multiple data warehouse / analytical projects; building SQL and relational database; Tableau dashboards; DB2 database data models; Microsoft Excel; SAS; Analytical Tool/Languages (R/Python); Medicare Stars program components; and Project Management life-cycle (Agile).
