What it is

The Information Technology Leadership Development Program (ITLDP) is a full-time, two-year rotational program that provides the premier entry point into Aetna s Information Technology career pipeline to jump-start your career. Participants will gain experience in functional areas such as enterprise architecture, international IT, digital transformation, technology solutions and delivery, cyber security, and IT strategy and consulting.

The program will accelerate the development of key competencies through enterprise-wide rotational work experience and extensive training opportunities.

What you will do

Extensive trainings and participate in developmental opportunities Various projects and assignments designed to deliver real business results Ongoing performance evaluations and receive feedback to support your development Coaching and mentoring to support your capabilities to achieve optimum performance Networking opportunities with leaders of the IT organization as well as leaders from other business areas What you need

Previous co-op/intern experience in related discipline (strongly preferred) Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Effective communications skills Strong desire for leadership development Familiarity with IT concepts and methodologies Experience influencing others for positive change You are eligible if you

Are currently pursuing a Bachelor s degree (Information Technology, Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, or other relevant majors preferred) Have a 3.3+ major GPA (preferred) Have an anticipated graduation date between December 2018 – May 2019 Have a willingness to relocate What we do
