POSITION SUMMARY

This position is a for our IT Audit Liaison role supporting our SOC2 activities within the Aetna Core and Aetna Affiliate organizations.

Fundamental Components:

Ensures timely and successful completion of audit deliverables; Provides Executive Management Reporting; Acts as a focal point between SMEs and Auditors; Perform Secondary Reviews of evidence for accuracy; Management of schedules/resources; Leads Mitigation projects, as needed; Leads Internal Audits, as needed; Maintenance and creation of Policy and Process documentation relating to Audit; Manages customer requests such as: RFPs information Customer on sites visit to Data Center; Assistance with updating Archer Standards; Escalate, as needed, to Audit Day-to-Day Primary Contact and/or department manager; Provides oversight and acts in an advisory capacity for audit activities.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Experience in IT Audit and Project Management. Strong leadership experience, ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities, effective management of resources and strong communication skills. Leadership experience, collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff. Experience within a highly technical large data processing environment including mainframe, midrange, network and distributed services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Enterprise, application and information architecture design experience preferred. Familiarity with infrastructure operations. Strong analytical skills used to identify and resolve problems.

CISA - Nice to have but not required.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

This role is part of a larger team supporting IT Audit and Security Governance organization. This role specifically is responsible for creating and maintaining collaboration between liaisons, auditors, process owners and IT management focusing on proactive interactions. In addition, this role will help govern, support, and consult IT during interactions with internal and external auditors to assist IT management to achieve Aetnas audit goals. All the while alerting and assisting our stakeholders in resolving issues, risks and concerns openly and proactively before they become problems.
