Job Description

This position is responsible for provider/vendor/network outreach, productionmanagement, and reporting for the Risk Adjustment Retrospective Programs.

Fundamental Components included but are not limited to:

This position performs complex assignments requiring advanced information reporting, analytical and communication skills. Will track and organize data, report information and apply to support planning/production management, issues identification & resolution, and results reporting. Will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the unit participating in and supporting projects directed at utilizing information to engage providers, vendors, network associates to optimize risk adjustment revenue by obtaining member medical records. Will lead/support provider, market/territory, network, vendor meetings and ad hoc requests. Will work with Aetna Compliance/Legal to research compliance and vendor contracting issues as necessary.

Qualifications Requirements and Preferences:

5+years finance related experience generally required, healthcare finance a plus.Excellent communication skills and negotiations skills Advanced MicrosoftExcel, SAS skills desired Advanced skills in turning data into information andapply judgement.
