The Medical Economics Team Lead manages, leads, or participates on complex medical economic projects to support the International Network Team. Also retrieves, organizes and performs analysis on data, is actively involved in decision making process to provide results against plan objectives.
Provides analytic supports to both Americas and Rest of World International Network teams.
Works cross-functionally throughout the region toward achieving operational targets.
Presents complex information in a way that multiple levels within an organization can understand and utilize to make
appropriate decisions to meet business objectives.
Produces standard and ad hoc reports to satisfy International Network information needs across regions.
Create Hospital/Provider level analytics for contracting/re-contracting.
Support Network with provider profiling analytics/tools.
-Demonstrated leadership and project management experience
MEU and SAS/Data experience required
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple projects concurrently
Strong analytical ability and familiarity with advanced financial and healthcare concepts
3-5 years technical experience with such as SQL, SAS and Crystal Reports
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
