Position Summary:

Primarily focus for the role is to lead our eligibility department and drive standardization and improvements within the complex environment of international data and custom manual processes. Based on experience of candidate role could expand to manage international credit control and billing.

Fundamental Components:

Metrics driven mindset. Experience working with complex systems and manual policies and procedures. Ability to apply creative, technical thinking to internationally complex client and regulatory requirements. Fundamental desire to ensure the highest level of data quality. Ability to work independently and drive results. Apply rigor and process to all standard and non standard areas of the department.

Background/Experience desired:

Demonstrated leadership and problem solving abilities. Experience being business lead on IT systems development or change projects. Program management and change management experience.

Education:

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
