POSITION SUMMARY

Provides proactive account management support, works in collaboration with account manager and customer to discuss service levels and expectations; manages process improvements; review operation of benefits plans; identify gaps in service levels; determine root causes and develop solutions.

Fundamental Components:

Identifies customer specific service issues, identifies solutions and leads resolution of issues working with other areas to implement. Responds to customer's requests for network analysis, benefit plan design changes, and benefit questions and clarifications. Collaborates with account management team to achieve growth/renewal objectives; assists in preparation and delivery of client deliverables including utilization meetings. Leads the account management team on plan administration activities, including installation, plan set-up, eligibility, billing, drafting, and reporting by working proactively with support areas. Manages and attends all open enrollment activities.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

5 years industry or customer service experience preferably with complex accounts.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Insurance/Licensed Life and Health Producer is desired
