The Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, documenting, and completing steps in the legislative analysis process in a manner consistent with the highest levels of performance and professionalism.

Fundamental Components:

The successful candidate for the Project Coordinator role in the Legislative Analysis Unit will work directly with multiple attorneys, systems, and processes. The Project Coordinator is expected to recommend appropriate actions to address business needs; ensure processes meet unit objectives and that all deliverables and deadlines are met while prioritizing work, resources, and time. The Project Coordinator will work in a highly collaborative team and process which requires maintaining relationships across multiple functional areas and levels of the organization. The Project Coordinator will perform varied duties related to the legislative analysis process including: system administration and reporting; vendor support and problem solving; arranging meetings; preparing and distributing materials, reports and meeting agendas; reviewing and revising documents and procedures to ensure accuracy and quality; handling mail; operating and maintaining office equipment; and creating, managing, and facilitating access to office documents in accordance with enterprise records management procedures and internal team processes.


2-5 years related work experience, preferably within corporate healthcare or insurance environment or within law firm specializing in health related law.

Strong project management and written and verbal communication skills.

Adaptability to shifting work demands.

Expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and use of technology


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
