Job Description

Provide broad scale Human Resources consulting to managers and supervisors. Consult with managers and supervisors on key HR processes and programs, assess key trends and align appropriate outreach and interventions.

Fundamental Components included but are not limited to:

  • Consult with managers on unique business cases and create custom solutions (i.e. organizational design and change management initiatives)

  • Facilitate talent reviews, planning and actions to build organization capability aligned with established HR and business strategy

  • Deliver targeted leadership development/coaching that delivers feedback to align behavior with leadership expectations and organizational competencies

  • Deliver business outcomes based on engagements and assigned cases

  • Partner with HR Centers of Expertise, HR Consulting and Shared Services in the development, implementation, measurement, and evaluation of broad-based HR initiatives

  • Has fully developed knowledge and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

  • Uses broader knowledge of organization and/or industry to improve products, processes or services

  • Resource for colleagues; responsible for portions of large projects or leads projects with moderate risks and resource requirements

  • Solve complex problems; take a new perspective on existing solutions

  • Contribute to the achievement of business area objectives through work of own team and/or other related teams

Qualifications Requirements and Preferences:

  • 5-7 years human resources consulting experience

  • Demonstrated expertise in consulting, influencing, communication and collaboration

  • Experience in change management and organizational development/design

  • Experience in talent retention and development strategies

  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing data
