Provide a wide variety of administrative support in a fast-paced environment for multiple managers in ABX (Achieving Business eXcellence).

Fundamental Components: Provide the office support needed to ensure that business objectives are met.

Position Summary/MissionProvide a wide variety of administrative support for a manager, multiple managers or departments. Compose correspondence, compile & analyze data, manage calendar and is a delegate for Manager activities in eService.

Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements include but are not limited to (* denotes essential functions)• Delegate for Manager Activities in eService/Captura (i.e. HR changes, Time and Attendance etc.)()• Collects, compiles, and analyzes data and provides summaries and observations to manager• Assists in preparing required budget reporting (e.g., variance, LE's)• May participate in special projects• Coordinates office facilities including space, lease, furniture, equipment, building and telephone system maintenance• Involved in HR activities for the unit including; job posting, recruiting, interview process, new hire installation, officesetup, annual comp process, organization hierarchy, time and attendance, etc.)() Background/Experience DesiredMinimum 1-3 years administrative support experience

Computer savvy; MS Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Solid communication skills both verbal and written

Experience working in a fast-paced setting supporting multiple managers

Managing and coordinating multiple calendars

Ability to be a Self-StarterAssociate's College degree (desired).
